“PA C-PACE (Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy)” will be the topic when the C&I Council meets at 8:00 a.m. on June 10th. The meeting will be held at LCAR, 1930 Harrington Drive, Lancaster.
Holly Edinger, Director of Special Projects for Sustainable Energy Fund, will be the speaker. Learn about Act 30 of 2018 and how local governments establish a C-PACE district that is managed by a program administrator. The program allows a commercial property owner to make an investment on their property to reduce energy or waste use and get special C-PACE loans.
