“Planning and Sales Considerations for Condominiums and Planned Communities” will be the topic when the C&I Council meets March 14th at 8:00 a.m. at LCAR, 1930 Harrington Drive, Lancaster.
Maria Elliott of Barley Snyder will give a basic overview of the different types of condominiums and planned communities and the differences between them. Learn the statutory requirements to develop them, as well as some planning and sales considerations such as obtaining any municipal approvals and preparing the necessary documents for prospective buyers.
