C&I October Membership Meeting

“Lancaster City Economic Development Update” will be the topic when the C&I Council meets October 10th at 8:00 a.m. at LCAR, 1930 Harrington Drive, Lancaster.

Marshall Snively, Randy Patterson and Jeremy Young will be the presenters. Receive updates on the progress of the implementation of Building On Strength, the City of Lancaster’s 15-Year Economic Development Strategic Plan, including an overview of how the plan’s strategies have been “recalibrated” to keep them current moving into Year 4. Learn about the new federal Opportunity Zones program and timely updates regarding changes to the City Revitalization & Improvement Zone (CRIZ) Program — two incentive programs expected to drive significant additional investment in the City moving forward.
