C&I Membership Meeting

“The Cannabis Industry & Its Impact on Real Estate” will be the topic when the C&I Council meets September 13th at 8:00 a.m. at LCAR, 1930 Harrington Drive, Lancaster.

Justin Wisniewski and Byron Garman from Cannabis Design Build will be the speakers. Their presentation is designed to give you a general understanding of cannabis production, the current regulatory models and its impact on the real estate industry. This discussion will focus on the impacts throughout the Mid-Atlantic region, as well as the implications on a Federal level.
